If you've received notification that your package has been delivered, yet is not in your mailbox, you might be thinking, "What the heck USPS!"
The USPS tracking system and notifications are set up so that, at times, the USPS will mark a package as 'delivered' according to its estimated arrival date vs. the actual delivery of the package.
With this in mind, if the USPS says your package has been delivered, yet it's not in your mailbox, this is an idiosyncrasy in their system, and the package will most likely show up the following day. Keep an eye out for your package and let us know if it does not arrive by the end of the following business day. Also login to your Neurohacker account to ensure the shipping address on file with your order is correct.
PLEASE NOTE: The occurrence of these delays and inconsistencies in delivery are typically heightened around national holidays and any high volume mail periods.
How long will it take for an order to ship?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation confirming the order has gone through. You will then receive a follow up email with the tracking number once the order ships out so that you can track its whereabouts as the expected delivery date approaches.
NHC provides standardized shipping costs in order to ensure the most timely and reliable shipping & delivery for our customers.
